In Friday's league challenge, the host La Porte Bulldogs volleyball squad scored a 3-0 win over the Iowa Colony Pioneers.

With the win, La Porte improves its record to 20-12 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Friendswood (Friendswood, TX) to meet the Mustangs in a 5A Region III District 20 challenge on Friday, October 3. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 27-8.

Next, the Pioneers meet the Friendswood Mustangs (Friendswood, TX) in a 5A Region III District 20 challenge, on Tuesday, September 30. Iowa Colony will attempt to upgrade on its 16-17 season record.
