North Carolina High School Volleyball - Middle Creek over Sanderson

In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Middle Creek Mustangs volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Sanderson Spartans.

The Mustangs (11-5) will now prepare for their game against Cary Academy (Cary, NC). The Chargers go into the non-league game with a 5-9 record. In their last game, Cary Academy was dropped by North Raleigh Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC), 3-0, in a league outing.

With the loss, Sanderson drops to 4-13 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Cary (Cary, NC) to play the Imps in a Triangle Six 6A/7A outing on Thursday, October 2. The Imps come into the outing with a record of 3-12. Cary lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC)
