September 5, 2024: Imperial, NE 69033 In Thursday's non-league test, the Southern Valley/Alma (Oxford, NE) softball squad overwhelmed the host Chase County Longhorns (Imperial, NE), by a tally of 17-0.
Next, the clash with the Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, NE) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, September 10. Southern Valley/Alma will attempt to advance on its 10-5 season record. The Minutemen go into the test with a 1-11 record after their 14-2 non-league loss to Gothenburg (Gothenburg, NE).
The Longhorns (0-6) will now prepare for their test against Hershey (Hershey, NE). The Panthers go into the C District test with a 0-7 record.
