Ripley Tigers (Ripley, MS) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host New Albany Bulldogs (New Albany, MS), 3-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Ripley improves its record to 13-2 on the campaign. The Tigers host Senatobia (Senatobia, MS) to play the Warriors in a Class 4A Region 3 challenge on Tuesday, September 9. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 4-7. Senatobia lost 3-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Winona (Winona, MS)

Next, the Bulldogs play the Caledonia Cavaliers (Caledonia, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 9. New Albany will attempt to advance on its 16-9 season record. The Cavaliers go into the test with a 13-7 record after their 3-0 league win over Pontotoc (Pontotoc, MS).
