Match Summary
While RL Turner Lady Lions Varsity lost in 3 tonight to The Colony, they did not give up without a fight. Each set started out going point for point until about 10-10 when our eight varsity players would slowly start to fall behind. They hustled for every ball, worked together as a team, popped up numerous hits, and had a number of skills and points off of strategic play. Despite the losses of 11-25, 13-25, and 12-25, the Lady Lions had a great showing in their first district match. The entire team deserved to be announced as players of the game tonight.
