Illinois High School Volleyball - Mercer County Rockridge

The Rockridge Rockets prevailed the host Mercer County Golden Eagles volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Tuesday's league game.

Next up, the Rockets confront the Orion Chargers (Orion, IL) in a Three Rivers game, on Tuesday, September 16. Rockridge will attempt to better on its 3-8 season record. The Chargers come into the outing with a 6-8 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Monmouth United (Monmouth, IL).

With the loss, Mercer County drops to 4-5 on the campaign. The Golden eagles travel to St. Bede (Peru, IL) to clash with the Bruins in a non-league outing on Wednesday, September 10. The Bruins come into the outing with a record of 6-3. St. Bede lost 2-1 in their recent non-league match against Bureau Valley (Manlius, IL)
