North Carolina High School Basketball - Pasquotank County overwhelmed by First Flight

In Tuesday's league test, the First Flight Nighthawks (Kill Devil Hills, NC) basketball squad trounced the host Pasquotank County Panthers (Elizabeth City, NC), by a score of 62-40.

Next, the Nighthawks clash with the Currituck County Knights (Barco, NC) in a 2A/3A Northeastern Coastal test, on Thursday, February 13. First Flight will attempt to improve on its 15-2 season record. The Knights go into the game with a 19-4 record after their 61-40 league win over Northeastern (Elizabeth City, NC).

With the loss, Pasquotank County falls to 7-13 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Northeastern (Elizabeth City, NC) to confront the Eagles in a 2A/3A Northeastern Coastal game on Thursday, February 13. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 11-5. Northeastern lost 61-40 in their recent league game against Currituck County (Barco, NC)
