Arizona High School Softball - Basha bounces Higley

The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Basha Bears (Chandler, AZ) and the visiting Higley Knights (Gilbert, AZ), observed Basha's softball team notch a victory over Higley by a tally of 15-0.

The Bears (7-0) will now prepare for their bout against Xavier College Prep (Phoenix, AZ). The Gators go into the non-league bout with a 3-1 record. In their last bout, Xavier College Prep gained a win over Kofa (Yuma, AZ), 12-0, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Knights battle the Mesquite Wildcats (Gilbert, AZ) in a non-league bout, on Friday, March 7. Higley will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 5-2 non-league loss to Gilbert (Gilbert, AZ).
