In Tuesday's league battle, the host Ridge Point Panthers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Fort Bend Hightower Hurricanes.

The Panthers (12-11) will now prepare for their battle against Clear Falls (League City, TX). The Knights come into the non-league battle with a 8-13 record. In their last battle, Clear Falls lost by Pearland (Pearland, TX), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Hurricanes encounter the Fort Bend Bush Broncos (Richmond, TX) in a 6A Region III District 20 battle, on Friday, September 1.
