The Devils Lake Firebirds topped the host Central Cass Squirrels basketball team by a final score of 72-64 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Firebirds face the Grafton Spoilers (Grafton, ND) in a A Region 2 game, on Tuesday, February 13. Devils Lake will attempt to move on its 18-2 season record.

With the defeat, Central Cass moves to 9-8 on the year. The Squirrels host Hawley (Hawley, MN) to face the Nuggets in a non-league game on Saturday, February 10.
