In Friday's league match, the host Central Rockets basketball team scored a decisive 79-50 triumph over the Cary-Grove Trojans.

In their next game, the Rockets meet the Jacobs Golden Eagles (Algonquin, IL) in a Fox Valley match, on Tuesday, February 7. Central will attempt to move on its 22-5 season record. The Golden Eagles enter the challenge with a 13-14 record after their 61-48 league loss to Dundee-Crown (Carpentersville, IL).

Next up, the Trojans confront the Crystal Lake South Gators (Crystal Lake, IL) in a Fox Valley challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Cary-Grove will attempt to improve on its 7-19 season record.
