The North Hagerstown Hubs (Hagerstown, MD) basketball nipped the host Linganore Lancers (Frederick, MD), 75-74 in Friday's league test.

The Hubs (6-7) will now prepare for their test against Frederick (Frederick, MD). The Cadets go into the CMC test with a 14-0 record. In their last test, Frederick got by Tuscarora (Frederick, MD), 69-33, in a league test.

The Lancers now own a 8-6 record. They play next when they travel to Oakdale for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 24. Linganore will encounter a squad coming off a 62-41 league loss to Westlake (Waldorf, MD). The record now stands at 6-6.
