In Wednesday's league game, the visiting North Star Cougars baseball team scored a nice 8-0 victory over the Blacklick Valley Vikings.

The Cougars (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Windber (Windber, PA). The Ramblers go into the Western Pennsylvania game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Windber ran past Ferndale (Johnstown, PA), 10-0, in a league game.
