Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Starmount Rams (Boonville, NC) and the host North Stokes Vikings (Danbury, NC), saw Starmount's basketball squad hold off North Stokes by a tally of 57-51.

With the victory, Starmount improves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Mount Airy (Mount Airy, NC) to confront the Granite Bears in a 1A Conference 36 challenge on Friday, December 16. The Granite Bears come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Mount Airy won 68-61 in their recent league challenge against South Stokes (Walnut Cove, NC)
