The La Pryor Bulldogs basketball team (La Pryor, TX), was overwhelmed 65-36 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Utopia Buffaloes (Utopia, TX)

The Buffaloes now possess a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rocksprings for a 1A Region IV District 31 battle on Tuesday, December 19. Utopia will battle a Angoras team coming off a 52-48 non-league win over Eldorado (Eldorado, TX). The Angoras record now stands at 11-1.

The Bulldogs (0-8) will now prepare for their battle against Stockdale (Stockdale, TX). The Brahmas come into the 2A Region IV District 30 battle with a 1-9 record. In their last battle, Stockdale was overwhelmed by Marion (Marion, TX), 53-46, in a non-league battle.
