Nebraska High School Basketball - Gretna East topped by Bryan

February 13, 2024: Omaha, NE 68157

The Bryan Bears basketball team scored 84 points and restricted the visiting Gretna East Griffins to 67 in the Bears non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Bears now sport a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Omaha North for a A District TBD contest on Friday, February 16. Bryan will battle a Vikings team coming off a 85-61 league loss to Omaha Westside (Omaha, NE). The Vikings record now stands at 17-3.

The Griffins (4-15) will now prepare for their contest against Buena Vista (Omaha, NE). The Bison come into the non-league contest with a 1-19 record. In their last contest, Buena Vista prevailed over Schuyler (Schuyler, NE), 83-50, in a non-league contest.
