Goliad Tigers (Goliad, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Mathis Pirates (Mathis, TX), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Tigers clash with the St. Joseph Flyers (Victoria, TX) in a non-league game, on Saturday, September 24. Goliad will attempt to improve on its 21-11 season record. The Flyers enter the game with a 26-4 record after their 3-0 league win over Providence Catholic (San Antonio, TX).
