In Tuesday's league match, the host Hibriten Panthers basketball team scored a good 60-47 triumph over the Ashe County Huskies.

In their next game, the Panthers meet the Watauga Pioneers (Boone, NC) in a 3A/4A Conference 52 match, on Friday, February 3. Hibriten will attempt to move on its 18-3 season record.
