The Golden Eagles now possess a 2-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northside for a Blue Ridge battle on Friday, January 13. Staunton River will confront a Vikings team coming off a 70-48 non-league loss to Cave Spring (Roanoke, VA). The Vikings record now stands at 5-8.

The Terriers (1-11) will now prepare for their battle against Franklin County (Rocky Mount, VA). The Eagles come into the Blue Ridge battle with a 7-7 record. In their last battle, Franklin County dropped by Patrick Henry (Roanoke, VA), 41-24, in a non-league battle.
