The Golden Eagles (1-7) will now prepare for their outing against Cave Spring (Roanoke, VA). The Knights go into the non-league outing with a 7-1 record. In their last outing, Cave Spring defeated Floyd County (Floyd, VA), 60-48, in a non-league outing.

The Terriers now own a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Glass for a non-league match on Thursday, December 22. Byrd will meet a Hilltoppers team coming off a 67-52 non-league loss to Magna Vista (Ridgeway, VA). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 4-5.
