The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Eldorado Golden Eagles (Albuquerque, NM) and the visiting Rio Grande Ravens (Albuquerque, NM), observed Eldorado's basketball team knock off Rio Grande by a score of 55-40.
The Golden Eagles (6-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Valley (Albuquerque, NM). The Vikings come into the non-league challenge with a 6-7 record. In their last challenge, Valley dropped by Albuquerque (Albuquerque, NM), 50-48, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Ravens encounter the Manzano Monarchs (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 17. Rio Grande will attempt to improve on its 3-12 season record.
