Nebraska High School Basketball - Freeman topped by Tri County

The Tri County Trojans basketball team scored 43 points and restricted the visiting Freeman Falcons to 35 in the Trojans non-league victory on Thursday.

The Trojans now sport a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Parkview Christian for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 14. Tri County will battle a Patriots team coming off a 61-50 non-league win over Palmyra (Palmyra, NE). The Patriots record now stands at 11-1.

The Falcons (12-1) will now prepare for their contest against Malcolm (Malcolm, NE). The Clippers come into the non-league contest with a 11-3 record. In their last match, Malcolm overcame Nebraska City (Nebraska City, NE), 67-35, in a non-league bout.
