North Carolina High School Basketball - Cox Mill fells A.L. Brown

Cox Mill Chargers (Concord, NC) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host A.L. Brown Wonders (Kannapolis, NC), 66-52 in a league bout.

With the win, Cox Mill upgrades its record to 8-7 on the season. The Chargers host Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC) to clash with the Ragin' Bulls in a 4A Greater Metro bout on Friday, January 19. The Ragin' Bulls go into the bout with a record of 12-3. Hickory Ridge won 91-54 in their recent league bout against South Iredell (Statesville, NC)

Next up, the Wonders clash with the Mooresville Blue Devils (Mooresville, NC) in a 4A Greater Metro bout, on Friday, January 19. A.L. Brown will attempt to upgrade on its 8-7 season record. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a 11-5 record after their 93-55 league win over South Iredell (Statesville, NC).
