With the win, Rio Hondo upgrades its record to 16-9 on the season. The Bobcats host IDEA Weslaco Pike (Weslaco, TX) to clash with the Mavericks in a 3A Region IV District 32 bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Mavericks go into the bout with a record of 8-12. IDEA Weslaco Pike won 51-37 in their recent league bout against IDEA Riverview (Brownsville, TX)

Next up, the Warriors clash with the Lyford Bulldogs (Lyford, TX) in a 3A Region IV District 32 bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Santa Rosa will attempt to upgrade on its 15-13 season record.
