Texas High School Basketball - Lindale can't hold off Brownsboro

The Brownsboro Bears basketball team scored 31 points and restricted the visiting Lindale Eagles to 30 in the Bears league victory on Tuesday.
The Bears now sport a 22-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mabank for a 4A Region II District 16 contest on Friday, January 27. Brownsboro will battle a Panthers team coming off a 56-41 league win over Cumberland Academy (Tyler, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 8-13.
The Eagles (19-7) will now prepare for their contest against Van (Van, TX). The Vandals come into the 4A Region II District 16 contest with a 6-13 record. In their last contest, Van was nudged by Brownsboro (Brownsboro, TX), 55-51, in a league contest.
