New Mexico High School Basketball - Albuquerque Academy winner over Del Norte

The Albuquerque Academy Chargers (Albuquerque, NM) basketball felled the host Del Norte Knights (Albuquerque, NM), 39-26 in Tuesday's league test.
The Chargers (7-12) will now prepare for their test against Bernalillo (Bernalillo, NM). The Spartans go into the 4A District 6 test with a 7-12 record. In their last test, Bernalillo thwarted Del Norte (Albuquerque, NM), 47-34, in a league test.
The Knights now own a 6-11 record. They play next when they travel to Valley for a 4A District 6 test on Friday, January 27. Del Norte will encounter a Vikings squad coming off a 63-42 league loss to Hope Christian (Albuquerque, NM). The Vikings record now stands at 11-9.
