Arkansas High School Basketball - Mt. Vernon-Enola holds off Quitman

The Mt. Vernon-Enola Warhawks basketball team scored 67 points and limited the host Quitman Bulldogs to 62 in the Warhawks league triumph on Friday.
The Warhawks now have a 21-5 record. They play next when they host South Side for a 2A Region 5 game on Tuesday, January 28.
With the loss, Quitman falls to 4-10 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Jacksonville Lighthouse (Jacksonville, AR) to confront the Wolves in a 2A Region 5 contest on Monday, January 27. The Wolves go into the contest with a record of 0-15.
