The Davenport Gorillas (Davenport, WA) basketball knocked off the host Northwest Christian School Crusaders (Colbert, WA), 69-54 in Friday's league test.

The Gorillas (17-2) will now prepare for their test against Kettle Falls (Kettle Falls, WA). The Bulldogs go into the 2B Bi-County test with a 4-13 record. In their last test, Kettle Falls went down by Reardan (Reardan, WA), 66-57, in a league test.

The Crusaders now own a 14-3 record. They play next when they travel to Chewelah for a 2B Bi-County test on Saturday, January 28. Northwest Christian School will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 57-35 league loss to St. George's (Spokane, WA). The Cougars record now stands at 1-17.
