The Davenport Gorillas (Davenport, WA) basketball nipped the host Northwest Christian School Crusaders (Colbert, WA), 62-58 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Gorillas (25-2) will now prepare for their test against Columbia (Burbank, WA). The Coyotes go into the non-league test with a 24-1 record. In their last test, Columbia got by Lake Roosevelt (Coulee Dam, WA), 82-53, in a non-league test.

The Crusaders now own a 21-6 record. They play next when they travel to Lake Roosevelt for a non-league test on Friday, March 3. Northwest Christian School will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 82-53 non-league loss to Columbia (Burbank, WA). The Raiders record now stands at 16-4.
