Washington High School Basketball - Davenport thwarts Northwest Christian School

The Davenport Gorillas (Davenport, WA) basketball knocked off the host Northwest Christian School Crusaders (Colbert, WA), 65-49 in Saturday's league test.
The Gorillas (22-2) will now prepare for their test against Tonasket (Tonasket, WA). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 13-9 record. In their last test, Tonasket notched a victory over Manson (Manson, WA), 71-52, in a league test.
The Crusaders now own a 19-4 record. They play next when they host Liberty Bell for a non-league test on Saturday, February 18. Northwest Christian School will encounter a Mountain Lions squad coming off a 57-48 league loss to Okanogan (Okanogan, WA). The Mountain Lions record now stands at 9-8.
