The Riverside-Martin Knights basketball team scored 47 points and restricted the visiting Bertie Falcons to 33 in the Knights league victory on Tuesday.
The Knights now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pamlico County for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 4. Riverside-Martin will battle a Hurricanes team coming off a 25-20 non-league loss to Havelock (Havelock, NC). The Hurricanes record now stands at 0-8.
The Falcons (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against South Creek (Robersonville, NC). The Cougars come into the non-league contest with a 5-1 record.
