Utah High School Basketball - Park City overwhelmed by Brighton

The Brighton Bengals basketball team scored 73 points and restricted the host Park City Miners to 41 in the Bengals league victory on Tuesday.

The Bengals now sport a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Highland for a 5A Region 6 contest on Friday, February 3. Brighton will battle a Rams team coming off a 59-57 league win over Murray (Murray, UT). The Rams record now stands at 9-9.

The Miners (4-15) will now prepare for their contest against Skyline (Salt Lake City, UT). The Eagles come into the 5A Region 6 contest with a 13-5 record. In their last contest, Skyline triumphed over Olympus (Salt Lake City, UT), 64-62, in a league contest.
