Ohio High School Basketball - Solon succumbs to Medina

The Medina Battling Bees topped the visiting Solon Comets basketball team by a final score of 39-30 in Saturday's league game.

In their next game, the Battling Bees face the Lincoln Golden Lions (Gahanna, OH) in a non-league game, on Saturday, January 14. Medina will attempt to move on its 8-6 season record.

With the defeat, Solon moves to 10-3 on the year. The Comets travel to Brunswick (Brunswick, OH) to face the Blue Devils in a Greater Cleveland game on Friday, January 13. The Blue Devils enter the game with a record of 13-1. Brunswick won 60-34 in their recent non-league game against Columbia (Columbia Station, OH)
