The Central Cabarrus Vikings basketball squad (Concord, NC), lost 79-70 in Thursday's league battle with the host Robinson Bulldogs (Concord, NC)
With the victory, Robinson advances its record to 13-2 on the year. The Bulldogs host East Rowan (Salisbury, NC) to encounter the Mustangs in a 3A South Piedmont test on Tuesday, January 14. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 1-12. East Rowan lost 59-45 in their recent league test against West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC)
The Vikings (7-7) will now prepare for their test against Concord (Concord, NC). The Spiders come into the 3A South Piedmont test with a 10-5 record. In their last test, Concord was knocked off by Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC), 59-52, in a league test.
