Texas High School Volleyball - Huntington bounced by Central Heights

The Huntington Red Devils volleyball squad (Huntington, TX), dropped 3-0 in Friday's league battle with the host Central Heights Blue Devils (Nacogdoches, TX)

With the win, Central Heights improves its record to 33-6 on the season. The Blue Devils travel to Newton (Newton, TX) to battle the Eagles in a 3A Region III District 21 contest on Tuesday, October 14. The Eagles enter the contest with a record of 3-12. Newton lost 3-0 in their recent league contest against Woodville (Woodville, TX)

Next, the Red Devils battle the Diboll Lumberjacks (Diboll, TX) in a 3A Region III District 21 contest, on Tuesday, October 14. Huntington will attempt to improve on its 25-16 season record. The Lumberjacks go into the battle with a 12-11 record after their 3-1 league loss to Warren (Warren, TX).
