The Crownpoint Eagles (Crownpoint, NM) volleyball knocked off the host Newcomb Skyhawks (Newcomb, NM), 3-0 in Saturday's league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 10-4 record. They play next when they host Navajo Prep for a 3A District 1 bout on Tuesday, October 14. Crownpoint will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 league win over Wingate (Fort Wingate, NM). The Eagles record now stands at 3-11.
