The LaCrosse Leopards volleyball team (LaCrosse, KS), went down 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Central Plains Oilers (Claflin, KS)

The Oilers (11-20) will now prepare for their battle against Ellinwood (Ellinwood, KS). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 24-7 record. In their last battle, Ellinwood lost by Clay Center (Clay Center, KS), 3-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Leopards clash with the Chase Kats (Chase, KS) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, October 14. LaCrosse will attempt to advance on its 14-16 season record. The Kats come into the battle with a 0-18 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Ellinwood (Ellinwood, KS).
