The Central Plains Oilers (Claflin, KS) volleyball nudged the visiting LaCrosse Leopards (LaCrosse, KS), 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

With the win, Central Plains upgrades its record to 13-21 on the year. The Oilers travel to Pratt (Pratt, KS) to face the Greenbacks in a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 17. The Greenbacks go into the outing with a record of 19-14. Pratt lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Smoky Valley (Lindsborg, KS)
