The Central Plains Oilers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting LaCrosse Leopards to 0 in the Oilers league victory on Tuesday.

The Oilers now have a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Otis-Bison for a Central Prairie game on Tuesday, September 19. Central Plains will meet a Cougars team coming off a 0-0 non-league Quinter (Quinter, KS). The Cougars record now stands at 4-6.

The Leopards (8-7) will now prepare for their game against Macksville (Macksville, KS). The Mustangs enter the non-league game with a 14-4 record. In their last game, Macksville dropped by Ellinwood (Ellinwood, KS), 2-0, in a league game.
