North Carolina High School Volleyball - Gray's Creek over Purnell Swett

Gray's Creek Bears (Hope Mills, NC) supporters left the game in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Purnell Swett Rams (Pembroke, NC), 3-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Bears clash with the Jack Britt Buccaneers (Fayetteville, NC) in a United Eight 3A/4A match, on Tuesday, October 17. Gray's Creek will attempt to advance on its 20-1 season record. The Buccaneers come into the match with a 17-5 record after their 3-0 non-league win over South View (Hope Mills, NC).

With the loss, Purnell Swett drops to 7-15 on the campaign.
