West Virginia High School Volleyball - Buckhannon-Upshur overwhelmed by Lewis County

In Tuesday's league battle, the host Lewis County Minutemen volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Buckhannon-Upshur Buccaneers.

The Minutemen (16-12) will now prepare for their battle against Roane County (Spencer, WV). The Raiders come into the non-league battle with a 14-9 record. In their last battle, Roane County achieved victory over Doddridge County (West Union, WV), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Buccaneers clash with the University Hawks (Morgantown, WV) in a Two Rivers battle, on Tuesday, October 24. Buckhannon-Upshur will attempt to advance on its 9-18 season record. The Hawks come into the battle with a 19-6 record after their 3-0 league win over Preston (Kingwood, WV).
