The Lewis County Minutemen volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Buckhannon-Upshur Buccaneers to 0 in the Minutemen non-league victory on Monday.

The Minutemen now possess a 17-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Marion for a Big Ten game on Tuesday, October 24. Lewis County will meet a Huskies team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Varsity Opponent (, ). The Huskies record now stands at 10-22.

The Buccaneers (9-20) will now prepare for their game against University (Morgantown, WV). The Hawks enter the Two Rivers game with a 19-6 record. In their last game, University defeated Preston (Kingwood, WV), 3-0, in a league game.
