North Carolina High School Volleyball - Mount Pleasant can't hold off West Stanly

In Monday's non-league battle, the visiting West Stanly Colts volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Mount Pleasant Tigers.
The Colts (15-5) will now prepare for their battle against Forest Hills (Marshville, NC). The Yellow Jackets come into the non-league battle with a 1-10 record. In their last battle, Forest Hills was edged by Piedmont (Monroe, NC), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Tigers clash with the Albemarle Bulldogs (Albemarle, NC) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, October 3. Mount Pleasant will attempt to advance on its 12-6 season record. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a 0-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Union Academy (Monroe, NC).
