The West Stanly Colts held off the visiting Mount Pleasant Tigers volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Monday's non-league test.
The Colts now have a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Rowan for a non-league test on Thursday, August 24. West Stanly will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Mooresville (Mooresville, NC). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-3.
The Tigers (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Parkwood (Monroe, NC). The Wolf Pack enter the non-league test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, Parkwood held off Butler (Matthews, NC), 2-0, in a non-league test.
