In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Albemarle Patriots volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Western Albemarle Warriors.
With the win, Albemarle improves its record to 13-11 on the season. The Patriots travel to Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA) to face the Flying Flucos in a Jefferson test on Thursday, October 30. The Flying Flucos go into the test with a record of 20-4. Fluvanna County won 3-1 in their recent league test against Monticello (Charlottesville, VA)
The Warriors now own a 19-5 record.
