The Sullivan County Griffins smashed the host Montgomery Red Raiders soccer squad by a margin of 5-0 in Tuesday's league match.
The Griffins now sport a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Benton for a PIAA District IV-A match on Thursday, October 6. Sullivan County will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 4-0 league win over Muncy (Muncy, PA). The Tigers record now stands at 10-2.
With the loss, Montgomery drops to 4-9 on the season. The Red raiders travel to Millville (Millville, PA) to encounter the Quakers in a PIAA District IV-A match on Saturday, October 8. The Quakers come into the match with a record of 2-10. Millville lost 3-2 in their recent league match against South Williamsport (South Williamsport, PA)
