Rich Township Raptors (Olympia Fields, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Bloom Blazing Trojan (Chicago Heights, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Rich Township improves its record to 8-15 on the season. The Raptors travel to Evergreen Park (Evergreen Park, IL) to face the Mustangs in a non-league test on Saturday, October 5. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 15-4. Evergreen Park won 2-0 in their recent league test against Reavis (Burbank, IL)

The Blazing Trojan now own a 6-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Thornwood for a Southland test on Wednesday, October 9. Bloom will face a Thunderbirds squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Crete-Monee (Crete, IL). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 13-15.
