The Lumpkin County Indians the visiting North Hall Trojans softball team by a final score of 5-1 in Monday's league battle.
The Indians now possess a 20-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to White County for a 3A Region 6 battle on Wednesday, October 8. Lumpkin County will confront a Warriors team coming off a 10-0 league loss to Pickens (Jasper, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 12-12.
With the loss, North Hall moves to 19-6 on the season. The Trojans host Dawson County (Dawsonville, GA) to confront the Tigers in a 3A Region 6 battle on Wednesday, October 8. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 20-8. Dawson County won 9-7 in their recent league challenge against Lumpkin County (Dahlonega, GA)
