Indiana High School Basketball - Anderson fells Pendleton Heights

Anderson Indians (Anderson, IN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Pendleton Heights Arabians (Pendleton, IN), 47-38 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Anderson upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Indians travel to Lapel (Lapel, IN) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Friday, November 24. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Arabians play the Wapahani Raiders (Selma, IN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, November 25. Pendleton Heights will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 60-51 non-league win over Muncie Central (Muncie, IN).
Fourth Quarter
The Anderson Indians may be the quickest team we play all season. They forced 16 turnovers and scored 15 points off of them. We managed to out rebound the Indians by ten 30-20. The game was relatively close with the largest lead that Anderson had was 9 points and the largest Arabian lead was 2. There were 4 lead changes and only 1 tie. Next up for the Arabians is a home game this Saturday against Wapahani. Tip off for the reserve team is 6:00 with the varsity game 30 minutes after. Hope to see a great crowd.
