The St. John's Cadets (Washington, DC) basketball crushed the host St. Mary's Ryken Knights (Leonardtown, MD), 75-51 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Cadets now possess a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Bishop McNamara for a Washington Catholic bout on Sunday, December 15. St. John's will play a Mustangs team coming off a 70-65 league loss to Bishop Ireton (Alexandria, VA). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-4.
With the loss, St. Mary's Ryken falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Knights host Bishop O'Connell (Arlington, VA) to play the Knights in a VISAA Division I bout on Thursday, December 12. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 4-1. Bishop O'Connell won 62-53 in their recent league bout against Our Lady of Good Counsel (Olney, MD)
